Privacy notice
This notice explains what Finance Meetings does with the details you give us. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type: your first and last name, your work email, your firm, your firm's website, your role and your message. If you write to us directly, we receive your email and whatever it contains. We collect nothing else about you.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request. That usually means preparing your buyer map and replying to you about it. We do not add you to a list, and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, and then we delete them.
Who sees it
We do not sell your details. We do not rent them or trade them. They are seen only by the people at Finance Meetings who answer your request and the services we use to run this site and our email.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It uses no analytics and no tracking scripts. We do not follow you around the web.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it or delete it. Write to amanda.cobb@financemeetings.co, or send a note through the contact form, and we will act on it. If we have written to you and you would like us to stop, reply stop and we will.
